It can be consumed as an after-dinner liqueur, or for the preparation of cocktails and desserts.
All our Eaux de Vie are derived from our orchards of Rozelieures between Nancy and Epinal-Lunéville. They are distilled in two passages, they benefit from the Mirabelle de Lorraine appellation, issued by the Institut National des Appellations d'origine (INAO).
For 1 litre of Cocktail:
-20 cl of mirabelle plum eau de vie
-20 cl of cane sugar syrup
-20 cl lemon juice
-40 ml finely sparkling water
Serves about 15 cl per person.
The day before put all the ingredients in the fridge. Then mix well together the eau de vie, the cane sugar syrup and lemon juice. Put them back in the fridge to cool. One hour before serving add fresh sparkling water. Cheers!
This Cocktail is best served cold.
